Dr. Tiffany has extensive training on the mind body connections. She has attended several workshops on the topic learning from Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. John Demartini. Workshops such as 1000 Different Diseases and Their Psychosomatic Cause. The workshops explore biological and chemical processes happening in real time during trauma, stress, or with certain personalities. She is also currently enrolled in Functional Medicine University.

For fun Dr. Kristensen enjoys snowboarding with her family, traveling around the world and attending meditation retreats and workshops.

PHILOSOPHY

In addition to her education and experience with Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Kristensen has extensive training in the development of the mind-body connection.

She is a dedicated practitioner of meditation, and through her work, she advocates for her clients to build and strengthen their own meditation practices.

Having followed the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza for many years and attended several of his workshops and trainings, Dr Kristensen has witnessed first hand just how powerfully transformative meditation can be, not only for healing the mind and emotions, but for healing the body as well.

Her treatment philosophy focuses on helping patients understand the integral connections between mental-emotional health and physical health in order to more directly address the root causes of ailments and illnesses, which are strongly influenced by thoughts and emotions.

Patients who work with her are given traditional Chinese Medicine treatments including Acupuncture & Herbal Remedies, as well as being encouraged to develop and address their mind-body connections to further facilitate healing.
